- Email: admin@dutycalc.online — preferred channel for all inquiries. We monitor this daily.
- Trade Lane Requests: If you need a specific origin-destination pair that isn't covered yet, email us the two countries and the product category. We prioritize corridors by demand, and every request moves a lane up the queue.
- Rate Corrections: Found an outdated tariff or a threshold that's changed? Include a link to the official source (customs authority website, Federal Register notice, TARIC entry, etc.) and we'll update the calculator within 48 hours, crediting you by name in our Rate Change History if you want attribution.
- Partnership & Sponsorship: If you run a freight forwarding platform, customs brokerage, trade compliance SaaS, or logistics marketplace and want to discuss a sponsored corridor page, reach us at the same address with "Partnership" in the subject line.
Response Time
We usually get back within 2–3 business days. Rate corrections flagged with an official source link get priority — typically same-day turnaround.
What We Can't Do
We can't give individual customs brokerage advice. For binding tariff classifications, binding origin rulings, or shipment-specific clearance guidance, you'll need a licensed customs broker in the destination jurisdiction. DutyCalc estimates are for planning and budgeting — they are not a substitute for a formal entry filed by a licensed professional.
